Content Downloads

At Academy of Therapy Wisdom, you can keep access to the materials in the membership site for at least a year. We will notify you if we ever choose to remove a course. However, we still recommend that you download what you wish to keep. Please note that as a policy all content containing demos will have the demo content removed from the downloadable files. This is for privacy reasons.

1. To download the content you wish to keep, navigate to the Module, Session or Section in the membership site.

2. Find the type of download you would like and the corresponding link.

3. Click the link to download.

4. For the video download you will be taken to an outside link. Click on download on the outside link.

For video downloads here is the quality specifications broken down:

HD1080p will be the highest quality video but has the largest file size, meaning it will take up the most amount of space on your computer.

HD720P will provide fairly good video quality at about half the storage space of HD1080p.

SD240P will be the least desirable quality but has the smallest file size (it will take up the least amount of space.

**Pro-tip: If you don't like the quality, you could always delete it and download a different one.
