Refunds and Cancellations

At Academy of Therapy Wisdom, we believe that learning should challenge and change you. Our aim is to empower you with new skills and valuable insights through a diversity of presenters and topics.

We have confidence that our courses and memberships will enhance your practice. We also understand that sometimes a course may not be the right fit for your needs.

Courses and Memberships


Live Courses - These include at least one live session with the presenter. Details can be found in the Zoom Sessions section of your course.


On Demand Courses - Courses will include pre-recorded content only.


Memberships - Both live and on-demand subscriptions with monthly or annual recurring payments. New content is added each month.


Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all of our live and on-demand courses. If you find that the training is not right for you, please email us at support@therapywisdom.com within 14 days of your purchase. You can request a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer.

Refunds will be given to the original payment method. We are unable to make exceptions.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable.


Discounts

We may offer discounts on multiple purchases. If you require a refund for part of an order, this will amount to the discounted price. 


Customers Outside the US

Most of our courses and memberships can be purchased in your local currency. Where the currency is not explicitly stated, payments will be taken in USD. Refunds will be given in the same currency with which they were purchased. Where exchange rates fluctuate, you may see a difference in the purchase and refund amounts. Rescheduled or Cancelled Live Calls

You can find all of the times and dates for the live calls in your course, under Live Sessions. From there, you’ll be able to RSVP and add the events to your calendar.

Sometimes, things come up and we may need to reschedule a call. In the event of that happening, we’ll let you know as soon as we can and offer an alternative date.

On the rare occasion we can’t reschedule, a partial refund will be offered. Where possible, we’ll also share recordings from previous cohorts to help keep your learning on track.


Exceptions to the 14-day money-back guarantee

Refunds and exchanges will not be available under the following circumstances:

  • If you have claimed CEs for any part of your course (live or distance)
  • If you have completed the course
  • If you have attended a workshop live
  • If your payment was part of a subscription/ membership
  • If your payment was a course deposit

Cancellations - Memberships/Subscriptions


We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on all of our subscriptions from the date of your first payment. There is no minimum term to your membership. You pay for as long as you need access to the content.


Please email us at support@therapywisdom.com within 14 days of your first payment to request your refund and the cancellation of your membership.


Refunds will be given to the original payment method. We are unable to make exceptions.


To cancel after your initial 14 days, we ask that you contact us at least five days before your next billing date. After cancelling, you can continue to access the membership space until the end of your billing period.
